2. Quotation and Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for [specify period, e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue.
  • Prices may vary depending on changes in materials, design, or additional requests made by the customer after the initial agreement.
  • Any adjustments to the order after quotation approval may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or prior to installation.
  • RED ROSE AD BD accepts payments via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Orders will only be processed after the initial deposit is received.

4. Design Approval

  • Design proofs will be provided to the customer for review and approval before production begins.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all designs for accuracy. No changes can be made after design approval.
  • RED ROSE AD BD is not liable for errors, omissions, or design issues once the design has been approved by the customer.

5. Production and Delivery Timeline

  • Production and delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and material availability.
  • Unforeseen delays due to supply chain issues or other circumstances will be communicated promptly to the customer.

6. Installation Services

  • Installation services are available at an additional cost and are subject to a prior arrangement.
  • RED ROSE AD BD takes responsibility for the correct installation of signboards. However, we are not liable for any structural or surface issues related to the customer’s premises.
  • The customer should ensure the installation area is ready and accessible for our team.

7. Warranty and Maintenance

  • RED ROSE AD BD offers a standard warranty for manufacturing defects for [specify period, e.g., 6 months or 1 year] from the installation date.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental exposure (e.g., weather or chemicals), or unauthorized repairs.
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of the signage are the customer’s responsibility unless a maintenance service contract is purchased.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if a manufacturing defect is reported within [specify period, e.g., 7 days] of installation or delivery.
  • Complaints regarding product defects must be reported immediately for RED ROSE AD BD to assess and address the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

  • RED ROSE AD BD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.

11. Amendments to Terms

  • RED ROSE AD BD reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers will be informed of any significant changes before new projects or services are initiated.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
